Producing process - production is leaded by software of Klaes Germany. A project office is connected with the software of all machines and equipments. The cutting - out, as well as the working process of the profiles is made by automated treating center with its own software. It can be renewed which provides high safety with robotinized line production "Single Line" - with a four- headed machine soldering the frames at the four sides at the same time a guarantee for perfect rectangle and square form without changing the diagonals. A moving station catches the soldered frames, lays them on a horizontal raft and then they are transported to a raft of a cleaning machine CNC. It is equipped with milling knives, which touching the configuration of the profile clean perfectly the remains of the solder. "Single Line" works with its own computer and software, which gives an opportunity of working with 135 varieties of profile systems. Productivity - approximately 1200 square meters per 6 hours. Two such lines work together.
The workshop is equipped with an automatic table for cutting out glass. It is enabled with software. The line production of glass packages is fully automatic. Pirgos plast Ltd. - production, delivery and installment of PVC and Aluminium joinery - has a machine for filling the glass packages with inert gases, which improve their heath and sound qualities.
